Events Schedule

Saturday, September 20

  • Entries will be taken in Youth Building for Baby Pictures and Pet Pictures (12 Noon to 6:00 p.m.)
  • Commercial Booth Vendors may set up their booths after 10:00 a.m.

Sunday, September 21

  • Entries will be accepted in the American Legion Building for: Open Class Sewing, Knitting & Crocheting, Art Show, Ceramic Show, Holiday Arts & Decorations,  Photography Show, Needlepoint & Embroidery,  Arts & Hobbies, Quilt Show, and Baked/Canned Goods.
  • Entries will be taken in the Youth Building for Baby Pictures and Pet Pictures (12 Noon to 6:00 p.m.)
  • Entries will be taken in the Youth Building for Elementary Arts & Crafts and Middle School Art (1:00 to 5:00 p.m.)
  • Entries will be taken in the American Legion Building for High School Art Adult Art (1:30 to 4:00 p.m.)
  • Entries will be taken in the Agri Building for non-perishable entries (1:00 to 4:00 pm.)

Sunday & Monday •  September 21 and 22

  • Commercial Booth Vendors may set up their booths after 10:00 a.m.

Monday, September 22

  • 8:00 a.m. – Reserved seat tickets will go on sale for $15 at the Delta Fair Board Office on the Fairgrounds for the Saturday, September 30th Demolition Derby. Limit (10) ten tickets per purchaser – CASH ONLY – NO HOLD. Sales will continue until sold out. Reserved seating is ONLY available for the Saturday Derby.
  • Entries accepted for 4-H, Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Open Class Foods (both canned and baked goods), The Brag Patch, and Perishable FFA entries will be taken in the Agri Building (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

Tuesday, September 23

  • Midway opens at 5:00 p.m.
  • Gate tickets are $5 for ages 6 and up – 5 years of age and under FREE
  • Delta Fair Parade begins at 5:30 p.m. on the West side of Kennett
  • Rose Show entries (10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
  • On Stage: TBA at 8:00 p.m.
  • Cash drawing at the grandstand at 10:00 pm

Wednesday, September 24

  • Senior Citizens Day (1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.)
  • Midway opens at 5:00 p.m.
  • Gate Tickets are $5 for ages 6 and up • 5 years of age and under free  (This DOES NOT include armbands.)
  • ARMBAND NIGHT Starting at 5:00 P.M. (Armbands are $25 each)
  • Hourly drawings begin at 7:00 on the hour until 10:00 p.m.
  • On Stage: TBA at 8:00 p.m.
  • Cash drawing at the grandstand at 10:00 pm

Thursday, September 25

  • Midway opens at 5:00 p.m.
  • Pee Wee Derby Be there at 6
  • Gate Tickets are $5 for ages 6 and up – 5 years of age and under FREE
  • Livestock Show begins at 6:30 and Livestock Sale follows Show.
  • Demolition Derby begins at 7:00 p.m.
  • On Stage: TBA and the Double Edge Band at 8:00 p.m.
  • Cash drawing at the grandstand at 10:00 pm

Friday, September 26

  • Gate tickets are $5 for ages 6 and up • 5 years of age and under free  (This DOES NOT include armbands.)
  • ARMBANDS Starting at 5:00 p.m. (Armbands are $25 each).
  • Tractor Pull begins at 7 p.m.
  • On Stage: TBA at 8:00 p.m.
  • Cash drawing at the grandstand to 10:30 pm

Saturday, September 27

  • Gate tickets are $5 for ages 6 and up • 5 years of age and under free  (This DOES NOT include armbands.)
  • ARMBANDS  Noon until 5:00 p.m. (Armbands are $25 each).
  • SEMO Karaoke contest on grandstand at 1:00 p.m.
  • Demolition Derby on the track at 7:00 p.m.
  • On Stage: TBA at 8:00 p.m.
  • Cash drawing at the grandstand at 10:30 p.m. or after the Demolition Derby.

Sunday, September 28

  • American Legion Building, Youth Building & FFA Building will be open from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. to pick up exhibits.
