DEPARTMENT R MIDDLE SCHOOL ART EXHIBITION

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
NOTE: Entries must be picked up Saturday between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. or Sunday between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

The Middle School Art Exhibition will be open to the public on Tuesday (first day of Fair) at 5:00 p.m. and will continue until 9:00 p.m. on Saturday (last day of Fair).

Anyone in grades 5 through 8 living with a 100 mile radius of Kennett, Missouri is eligible to enter this show.
Entries will be received on Sunday before the Fair from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Youth Building. NO LATER!!!!

Entries MUST be left until 9:00 p.m. Saturday night.

NO MORE THAN THREE (3) ENTRIES ACCEPTED PER STUDENT. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER LOT.
MUST be original art done in the last two (2) years and NOT previously displayed at the Delta Fair.

Work MUST be done on canvas or paper. Frames optional. NO FANCY FRAMES!

Paints MUST be dry.

MEASUREMENTS CAN NOT EXCEED
24 INCHES IN ANY DIRECTION!

Labels MUST be affixed to the BACK and include Name, School, Grade, Class and Lot entering.

Measures will be taken to help prevent theft or damage, however the Delta Fair Board, Inc. and/or Art Show sponsor will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Entries may be picked up after 9:00 p.m. Saturday (last day of Fair) or Sunday between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

4th Place – Honorable Mention Ribbon
Best of Show – $15
