RULES AND REGULATIONS:
NOTE: Entries must be picked up Saturday 9:00 p.m. or Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Anyone living within a 100 mile radius of Kennett, Missouri is eligible to enter this show.
Entries will be received on Sunday before the Fair from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., in the American Legion Building on the Delta Fairgrounds.
The exhibition will be open to the public on Tuesday (first day of the Fair) and will continue until Saturday (last day of the Fair).
Entries MUST be left until 8:00 p.m. Saturday (last day of the Fair). Sponsor will NOT be responsible for entries not picked up by 2:30 p.m. on Sunday. Please save your tag for pick-up.
Photos eligible:
a} Photographs MUST be taken by exhibitor and each photograph entered in only one lot.
b} No more than three entries will be accepted. ONLY ONE TO A LOT per entrant or class.
c} Photos MUST haven been taken within the last three years and NOT previously shown at the Delta Fair.
d} Each photo MUST be matted or mounted. NO FRAMES! No duct tape or electrical tape. Hangers will be provided to support hanging.
e} Photo size rules: Mat or Photo – Minimum 5”x7” – Maximum 16”x20”
f} Each photo should be appropriately named on the entry forms only. KEEP TITLE to three(3) words or less.
g} The nude figure will NOT be accepted and vulgarity will NOT be allowed.
h} Tape entry form on back with one (1) small piece of tape at TOP ONLY. (Avoid the hanger area)
i} Photos MUST be taken by camera, NOT computer generated.
j} The sponsor reserves the right to reject ANY entry.
Professionals will be classed separately from amateurs. Professional pictures may have a plain frame but NOT thicker than one (1) inch. Any exhibitor who derives or has derived any pert of his or her income from photography will be classed as a professional.
Prize money will be given to winners by the Delta Fair on Sunday (after the Fair) from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Checks will NOT be mailed.
Precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of each entry, however, photos are accepted at owners risk.
