DEPARTMENT B FAMILY, CAREER and COMMUNITY LEADERS of AMERICA

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
NOTE: Entries must be picked up Saturday between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
1) All exhibitors MUST be members of Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) clubs in the Delta Fair trade area.
2) All entries MUST be the work of the exhibitor, and shall have been made within the past 12 months. However, entries do not have to be made in class.
3) Entries will be accepted on the Monday before the Fair, between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
4) All entries MUST remain on display until 8:00 p.m., Saturday (last day of the Fair).
5) All entries MUST be marked with a label, placed inside or underneath, giving entrant’s name and address.
6) Awards will be made on classes listed in Premium Schedule ONLY.
7) The exhibitor MUST arrange to have exhibits picked up between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., Saturday (last night of Fair). The sponsors will take every precaution to prevent damage or loss, but cannot be responsible if any such damage or loss does occur.
8) Blue, Red, and White ribbon winners receive the points indicated in premium list. Each point shall be worth no less than 50 cents.
9) No contestant will be allowed more than one entry per lot (per class, if no lot).
10) Items not listed in this category will not be accepted.
11) All canned goods MUST be in standard jars.
12) Best of Show Rosettes will be awarded in clothing, foods, and crafts, and will receive $15.00.
