RULES AND REGULATIONS

NOTE: Entries shall not be removed until 9:00 p.m., Saturday (last day of the fair), or can be picked up on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Exhibitors MUST use containers furnished by the Delta Fair except House Plants. Flower arrangements to be provided by exhibitor.

Ribbons will be awarded for Best of Show, 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, and Honorable Mention.

The Delta Fair, its officers and committees, shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to property or person regardless of cause. American Flower Society guidelines for Judging will be used. The decision of the Judges will be final.

Entries will be accepted Wednesday (during fair time) from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Judging will be from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The Flower Show will be open to the public on Wednesday of the Fair at 5:00 p.m. until Saturday (last day of the Fair) at 9:00 p.m. The standard rules and regulations of the Delta Fair Board govern this show.

All flowers/entries MUST have been grown by the exhibitor. All entries become the property of the Delta Fair and are under the control of the Delta Fair Flower Show Committee.

This exhibit is to show quality. It should consist of one bloom or spike with stem and leaves. Bring blooms in water to prevent wilting. No foliage below water. Specimen will be placed in bottle when registered. Limit: 10 different specimens.

The exhibits should show artistic arrangement and design. The container is to be furnished by the exhibitor and will be judged as part of the arrangement.
