RULES AND REGULATIONS:
NOTE: Entries must be picked up Saturday between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Anyone living within a radius of 100 miles of Kennett, MO is eligible to enter this show.
Entries will be received on Sunday (before the Fair) from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the American Legion Building on the Delta Fairgrounds.
No more than three (3) art entries are accepted.
The Art Show will be open to the public on Tuesday after the Delta Fair Parade and will continued until 9:00 p.m., Saturday (last day of the Fair).
Entires MUST be left on exhibit until 9:00 p.m., Saturday night (last day of the Fair). Sponsors will NOT be responsible for entries that are not picked up by 11:00 p.m. on Saturday. Save tags for pick-up. Artists unable to pick up artwork on Saturday may pick up their work on Sunday, between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Eligible artwork:
• a} Original artwork completed within the last two (2) years.
• b} Work MUST be appropriately framed and matted or ready to hang (NO SAWTOOTH HANGERS). Glass is not appropriate for high school art entries.
• c} Paintings MUST be thoroughly dry.
• d} Measurements of artwork cannot exceed 60 inches in either direction.
• e} Each painting shall be appropriately named.
• f} Paintinigs previously exhibited in the Delta Fair are ineligible.
• g} The Sponsor reserves the right to reject ANY entry.
7) Prize money will be given to winners.
LABELS: One (1) double information blank MUST be securely attached to each entry. BOTH portions must be filled out.
Every precautionary measure will be taken to ensure the safety of each entry. However, paintings are accepted at owner’s risk.
The Sponsor is NOT responsible for checks that are lost or not picked up.
